Packages Shipping

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Therefore, for logistical reasons, some items will be shipped in separate packages.

WoopHerb is happy to provide our customers with free shipping to 200+ countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Custom Fees

We have no control over the customs charges, We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped as it’s policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

Shipping Methods And Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 36 business hours. Deliveries take 7-20 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

Sometimes tracking IDs takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
